Hansjörg Kohli

Hansjörg Kohli composes music for film and media. After working as an orchestrator in Boston and Munich and later as a music supervisor in Mainz, he is now once again fully focused on creative compositional work. Hansjörg plays the piano, programs synthesizers and experiments with the guitar.  He grew up in the Zurich Oberland in Switzerland and after graduating from high school, he went to Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, on a scholarship to study film scoring and jazz piano. Back in Europe, he was able to expand these diverse experiences with additional studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich.
